Interaction between academic science and production
To establish close interaction between academic science and production, a meeting was organized between the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic Resistance of Structures of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the «Uzcharmsanoat» Association.
Leading scientists of the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic Resistance of Structures and specialists of the «Uzcharmsanoat» Association discussed a number of problems that exist in the leather, footwear and fur production. The parties agreed to work in close cooperation and solve existing problems in production.
The organizations signed an agreement on scientific and practical cooperation in the training of highly qualified personnel, joint participation in international fairs, exhibitions, forums and conferences. An agreement was reached on the joint implementation of innovative, research projects aimed at developing advanced technological machines and devices for processing local leather and fur raw materials.
